This self-paced, on-demand course provides in depth professional learning for teachers new to Year 11 Chemistry and also experienced teachers seeking further development and a massive amount of resources around Properties and Structure of Matter. This on-demand course can be done anytime, anywhere, at your own pace. You can start and stop whenever you like and use the materials in the classroom if you wish. 

During this course, participants will:

Course Delivered by Dr Col Harrison

Col began teaching in Sydney’s golden west in 1988. Since then he has worked in the public and private sector as well as holding several roles in teacher training and development with Peer Support Australia and Beaconhouse in the United Arab Emirates. He has HSC marking experience in Biology and Chemistry and has a YouTube channel to support flipped learning in the classroom. Col is the current Head of Science and Leader of Professional Learning at St Philip’s Christian College, Port Stephens.
